The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using online methods to gain new customers. The candidate should be self-motivated and a positive team player.

Responsibilities

• Handling strategic online initiatives and setting quarterly growth plans

• Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation

• Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective, be responsible for the result

• Stay focused on the industry news and able to make a fast reaction on social media

• Working with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies for different services and projects

• Maintain excellent relationships with well-known media partners and journalists to conduct press opportunities for the company.

Qualifications

1. Has over 3 years of experience managing digital marketing accounts with excellent growth

2. Understand different product positioning and be able to build viable digital marketing strategies

3. Has a strong marketing/communication background; understanding of crypto and web3 will be a plus

4. Good communication skills, great team player, and a fast learner

5. Excellent organization and project management skills to fit into fast product development and launch cycles.

6. Can identify where processes can be improved and collaborate to implement changes

7. Ability to travel and attend relevant conferences as needed
