WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a C/Go Software Engineer, you will contribute to building our flagship SDK, a product designed to allow others to participate in our vision for the future of individual control over their digital identity. You will enhance and maintain the core of the SDK, which supports bindings for many other programming languages and execution on embedded devices. You contribute and implement features in C and create bindings, especially for Golang. Additional responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and implementing a high-performance SDK in C for our cutting-edge blockchain and Identity solution.
- Developing Go bindings for the C SDK, enabling seamless interactions with Go-based systems and ensuring robust integrations.
- Drafting comprehensive documentation for the SDK to pave the way for third-party developers.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, understanding requirements, and aligning the SDK with broader architectural and business aspirations.
- Engaging in rigorous code reviews and maintaining the pinnacle of code quality, security, and functionality.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
To ensure success, you must have profound expertise in C and Go, combined with a solid understanding of blockchain concepts, consensus algorithms, cryptography, and advanced data structures. You have a knack for addressing complex technical challenges with innovative, efficient, and scalable solutions. You can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to change and driving results. You are an excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have a keen eye for detail, an unwavering dedication to quality, and an intrinsic passion for the blockchain domain.
YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master's or other advanced degree is a distinct advantage. You have demonstrated experience in blockchain development, preferably with a focus on SDK or library creation. You have familiarity with best practices in coding, version control tools like Git, and modern development methodologies.
