We are looking for an experienced People Partner who is passionate about crypto/blockchain and who has experience working in an engineering heavy company, preferably within fintech, financial services or in a web3/crypto environment.
8+ years of experience working in HR/People roles supporting an engineering/fintech organization
Well versed with coaching and learning & development
Affinity with crypto/blockchain, you should be able to have a basic conversation about the web3 space
Engage with and manage stakeholders at various levels and in various functions
Comfortable leading a management development trajectory for junior and middle managers
Comfortable working in a very fast paced environment with a team based in APAC and Europe
Experience in HR consulting or advisory working across multiple companies
Worked in a scale-up environment of companies moving from 100 to 1000 employees
