Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and goals
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions across the organization
Design and oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
Administer compensation and benefits programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations and address workplace issues
Implement performance management systems and processes
Foster a positive company culture that promotes innovation and collaboration
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the tech industry
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies
Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
