Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and goals

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions across the organization

  • Design and oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures

  • Manage employee relations and address workplace issues

  • Implement performance management systems and processes

  • Foster a positive company culture that promotes innovation and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the tech industry

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies

  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification

  • Experience in HR management for AI or blockchain companies

  • Knowledge of international HR practices

  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives in the tech industry
