Overview
Chainproof is a leading digital asset insurance company focused on underwriting blockchain specific risks. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team in a hybrid operations role, supporting both business operations and underwriting functions.
This is a hands-on position within a fast-moving startup environment, offering broad exposure across insurance, regulatory, and operational workflows, with opportunities for progression as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business operations and internal processes across the company
- Assist the underwriting team with policy administration, documentation, and renewals
- Coordinate with the insurance manager on financial reporting and regulatory requirements
- Assist with regulatory processes, including tracking KPIs and supporting compliance requirements
- Organise and coordinate board meetings, including preparation of materials and follow ups
- Support back-office functions including document management, vendor coordination, and workflow tracking
- Participate in client and broker calls as required
Experience & Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, financial services, insurance, or a similar environment
- Experience supporting operational processes across teams
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple workflows independently
- Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred (but not required)
- Exposure to insurance, financial services, or regulated environments
- Interest in digital assets, Web3, or emerging technologies (including AI)
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Post-secondary degree in a related filed
- Located in Bermuda
