In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to help capitalise on the opportunities presented by the next generation of the web.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technologies and trends shaping the future of the web, including decentralized networks, blockchain, and artificial intelligence. You should also have experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and be able to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.

What you'll do

• Work closely with other members of the team to develop and execute the Web3 strategy, and will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key metrics to measure the success of your efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field, and use this knowledge to help shape the direction of our company.
• Decide which products are of highest priority, ensuring these are developed.

Your skills and experience

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the fintech industry and its challenges.
• Knowledge of Web3 and associated technologies.
• Previous experience in a corporate strategy role, either internal or with a consulting firm.
• Highly collaborative, able to interact with all levels of the business getting buy in where needed.
• Able to influence key stakeholders.
