As a Technical Recruiter at Eco, you will:

  • Source, recruit and help hire top-tier tech talent across product, engineering, and design
  • Partner with leadership to develop sourcing and recruiting strategies that align with our recruiting and business goals
  • Understand Eco’s business needs and project roadmap in order to anticipate and support long-term technical needs
  • Source and own Eco’s technical and product talent pipeline, including cultivating relationships with unique talent for opportunistic hiring
  • Support new hiring managers and interviewers on the recruiting process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Serve as a thought partner on tech related market insights, and emerging hiring & employment trends
  • Support the development and implementation of broader Talent Acquisition related initiatives and process enhancements in order to improve the overall Recruiting process; expect to spend 10-15% of your capacity on other TA focused projects and initiatives
  • Understand, prioritize and champion DEI in hiring efforts
  • Partner with EPD leadership to define candidate qualifications, prioritize roles, and manage the overall pipeline and candidate experience for EPD roles

We’re looking for you if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing engineering and product talent
  • Passion for finding and connecting with the best talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Strong understanding of modern technical concepts in use at consumer technology companies, and an ability to screen candidates for the right subsets of skills
  • Experience utilizing a variety of innovative tools and resources to source and engage top-tier talent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including an ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with leaders, internal & external partners, and candidates
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with hiring managers, earning their trust to influence and advise them on the market and their given roles.
