We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join us in creating products blending creators and audiences through NFTs and Web3 technologies.
Our first product is an NFT Marketplace for production materials and assets, revealing parts of the creative process to audiences, and telling the story of awesome projects.
This role will work on growing our initial community, promoting community interaction, and the development of a healthy, creative culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Ensemble founding team to build a community strategy that aligns with our products and vision.
- Build and engage our community on Discord and across social media.
- Manage community programming and events.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of growing following / communities through digital engagement.
- 1-3 years work in community management / social media.
- Experience with graphic design, and video editing software.
- Experience running digital advertising campaigns.
- Experience with Discord.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
Bonuses
- Experience creating or marketing art / entertainment projects,
- An interest in Web3 (NFTs, DAOs, etc)
Work Environment
We are a startup operating out of the midwest. This position is fully-remote, but the majority of meetings will take place during North American working hours.
This is a part-time position, starting at 20 hours a week, with the potential to expand into a full time position.
Compensation
- CM ($1,500) Monthly
