Your team is a group of highly driven, motivated, and collaborative people, based primarily in Zurich, Switzerland with a couple members in California. They all are super stars in their own ways, and together, are focused on creating products that are of the highest quality, with a touch of delight for our users. Aside from work, you'll find some of them producing new music, raising a family, biking up mountains, (hopefully soon) going to dozens of concerts, and so much more.

🚀 Your Mission

• Build our next generation marketplace for fan merchandise, democratising fan-to-fan and fan-to-creator interactions
• Be responsible for delivering great solutions with high quality, high test coverage, and full automation
• Influence the engineering roadmap with your ideas and your understanding of 3rd generation smart contracting technologies
• Collaborate with Product Management to define our transactional processes and quickly prototype them to prove our assumptions
• Partner with other developers to deliver solutions on time and in the highest quality
• Analyse complex requirements within the team and identify edge cases to ensure our solutions are covering all exotic edge cases
• Ensure decisions are backed with data by partnering with product and analytics to gather data from our backend systems
• Assess system maturity by monitoring what you've delivered

🤗 Who you are

• You are a driven, motivated, team-player and self-starter
• You have professional experience with building smart contracts or defining self sovereign identities
• You have outstanding analytical and coding skills and love to model complex processes
• You know the difference between a smart contract and a token
• You know how to use cryptographic signatures and identities to automate transactions
• You understand the difference between Blockchains, Hashgraphs and the Internet Computer
• You're a natural leader with your interpersonal skills, through listening, inspiring, encouraging as well as giving/receiving feedback.
• You hold your work to the highest standard, down to the smallest of details, you love testing your assumptions
• You are ready to jump into totally unchartered territories and define a bleeding edge transactional system without getting lost within coins and NFTs
• You are a collaborator who's thrives on feedback and a fast-moving environment
• You are keen to grow and evolve with our startup
• You speak English fluently
