- Founder of 1-2 previous startups
- Successfully raised pre-seed or seed funding
- Executive experience

- Define strategy and tactics with C-level team every week
- Build and maintain all-star team
- Effectively delegate ownership of goals and hold team accountable
- Drive fundraising efforts through networking and pitching
