About the Role

We are looking for a Trade Operations Manager to join our trading team. The team is responsible for the OTC trading desk and API liquidity solutions. This role will interface with multidisciplinary teams to identify future growth opportunities and digital asset products and execute those opportunities with clear KPIs based on business performance and corporate priorities.

• Develop and implement financial operations processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee the daily financial operations of the organization, including trade transactions, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation for deposits and withdrawals, and prepare finalise reports for regulator and management.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and work closely with the Head of finance to optimize operations
• Support and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and other financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements
• Maintain financial records and ensured the accuracy of data
• Provide training and support to staff members responsible for financial operations
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, Regulators, tax advisors, and other financial institutions.

About You

• 4-5 years of experience in the back/middle office experience working directly with derivative products
• Expert knowledge of cryptocurrency trading, lending, and complex automated platforms.
• Expertise in the trade life cycle of derivative products
• Middle/back-office experience covering trade settlements, fail control, reconciliation of trade discrepancies, and client servicing
• A deep understanding of the needs of the end consumer: institutions and high-net-worth individuals.
• Previous working experience in the front office with trading experience
• Have strong analytical skills, think critically, and strive for continuous improvement
• Strategic mindset coupled with a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
