One of our core motivations is to create permissionless opportunities for work funded by the Geo Web's core network protocols. We are an open org. You can work as little or as much as you'd like and be rewarded accordingly through bounties, SourceCred distributions, and stipends from grants (mainnet network funds will likely support several "salaried" positions). If you want to go all-in, we'd gladly welcome additional co-founders.
We are looking for smart contract and/or full-stack engineers to help us get to our Q2 mainnet launch and beyond. Skills and areas of focus:
- Smart contract development
- L2 scaling solutions like Optimism
- Smart contract security
- Mechanism design
- IPFS & Filecoin ecosystem
