Director of Operations & Strategy | Series A SaaS | Fully remote

Harmonic are proud to be working with an incredibly well-funded and rapidly scaling SaaS start-up that are looking for a Director of Operations & Strategy to lead their GTM strategy.

This impressive business have recently secured a very sizable Series A round with and are looking to build an exceptional executive team. The business has one of the most comprehensible and data sets supporting Web 3 organizations and they use this in conjunction with AI to provide unmatched data analytics on the decentralized web, blockchain and crypto.

This is a new hire in the business that will suit someone that enjoys being able to build things from scratch, develop new strategies and own the full operation. This is a fully remote position.

The Role

This role will report into the CFO and you will be responsible for building and leading the full operations and strategy function. This role will play an integral role in helping the company to achieve its ambitious growth trajectory.

Duties

• Develop GTM strategies including pricing, packaging and market segmentation
• Build out robust KPIs to determine success of sales, expansion, and retention of accounts
• Development of the platforms and tools used to deliver support for sales
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an evolving data marketplace go-to-market effort.
• Act as a trusted advisor to a new sales team to drive and track the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing recommendations.
• Build and evolve a best-in-class sales operations function
• Drive business insights, reporting, and analyses that will guide our sales effort to higher productivity.
• Participate in key strategic projects and long-term transformational initiatives.
• Lead go-to-market pipeline creation, pipeline progression, pipeline hygiene and other operational reviews.

What you need

• 7+ years experience in Operations / strategy / GTM function
• Previous start-up experience
• Previous SaaS experience and strong knowledge of
• Strong strategic thinker with excellent ability to problem solve.

Salary: $200,000 + equity
