Skills & experience we're looking for 👨💻
- 6 to 12 years of work experience with a solid understanding of best practices for engineering process, code quality, build/release pipelines, security and live operations
- Familiarity with programming languages and platforms (Java, C#, C++)
- Experience with Unity, SmartFox/Photon would be a plus
You will 📲
- Effectively run and lead multiple teams of software engineers
- Drive technical excellence by validating technology choices, architectural design and code quality, diving deeper when necessary
- Be the voice of the team in interacting with various stakeholders across disciplines both inside and outside of the organization
- Collaborate with design, product, analytics, user experience, live operations, central and leadership teams to specify and build features and development tools
- Coordinate closely with other disciplines (especially Product and Design) to ensure alignment against larger organizational goals
