Full stack Engineer
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on product design: help conceptualise new DeFi primitives, vault strategies, staking solutions, and more.
 - Ship end-to-end features: take ideas from concept to production — join product discussions, write both frontend and backend code, deploy to production, and monitor performance.
 - Write and review code: contribute to the quality of our codebase not only through coding, but also by reviewing peers’ work and maintaining strong testing standards.
 - Work closely with ecosystem partners: integrate with leading Solana DeFi protocols, test new primitives, and push innovation forward.

What we're looking for
- Passionate about DeFi: You’re excited by decentralised finance and eager to build the future of finance on crypto rails.
 - Strong product mindset: You think in terms of user value, not just code.
 - Agile mind: You are a fast learner who can quickly adapt and pivot from one project to another
 - Experience: Comfortable working across the full stack (frontend + backend) with proficiency in Rust and TypeScript.
 - Self-directed: You take ownership of complex problems and drive them to completion.
 - High ownership, good energy & integrity: We value good spirits as much as technical skill.
 - Collaborative: You work well with cross-functional teams, can translate technical concepts for different audiences, and communicate clearly.

Nice to have
- 2+ years of professional experience building full-stack applications or working across both frontend and backend systems, or in DeFi.
 - Familiarity with Rust, TypeScript, React, Anchor, or other Solana frameworks.
 - Previous contributions to open-source or DeFi projects.
 - Eager to learn fast, push boundaries, and grow alongside top builders.

What you'll get
- Competitive salary + KYROS token package — you’ll have real skin in the game.
 - Fully remote flexibility: our team is spread across the world and syncs during EU time.
 - The chance to work on complex, high-impact problems. You’ll be surprised how much you grow in just a few months.
 - A no-BS, high-ownership environment focused on execution and autonomy.
 - Direct exposure to top DeFi teams in the Solana ecosystem (Jito, Kamino, SwissBorg, and more).
 - Real impact: your work will be seen and used by thousands of users and major partners.

What does a full stack developer in web3 do?
A full stack web3 developer is a developer who has expertise in the full stack of technologies that are used to build web3 applications
These applications use the decentralized, distributed nature of the web3 network to provide users with a secure and decentralized way of accessing and interacting with online services and applications. The responsibilities of a full stack web3 developer will vary depending on the specific project and the needs of the team they are working with
In general, though, a full stack web3 developer will be responsible for: designing and building the front-end and back-end of web3 applications, as well as implementing and maintaining the underlying blockchain infrastructure
This will often involve working with a variety of different technologies and programming languages, such as Solidity for smart contract development, JavaScript and HTML for front-end development, and various blockchain protocols and frameworks. Additionally, a full stack web3 developer may also be responsible for working with the web3 community to help drive adoption and integration of web3 technologies, as well as staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the field and contributing to the broader web3 ecosystem.
