- Design and develop scalable data pipelines, APIs, and interactive UIs for model-driven and real-time applications.
- Work closely with product and research teams to bring AI-powered features (e.g., LLM-driven workflows, agents) from concept to production
- Continuously explore and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies to improve system capability and developer productivity
- Build intuitive and high-performance frontend applications to visualize data, workflows, and AI outputs
- Optimize system performance across the stack, including frontend responsiveness, backend throughput, and overall system reliability
- Contribute to architectural design, engineering standards, and best practices across frontend and backend
Requirements
- No academic degree is required; candidates are evaluated purely on technical depth and capability
- Strong full-stack engineering skills, with solid experience in backend development (Node.js / Go / Python) and modern frontend frameworks (React / Vue)
- High sensitivity to AI technology trends, with hands-on experience or strong interest in LLMs, agents, or AI-driven systems
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand and apply new technologies in a rapidly evolving space
- Strong frontend fundamentals, including state management, performance optimization, and building complex interactive UIs
- Experience designing scalable systems, including APIs, asynchronous workflows, and event-driven architectures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience building AI-native products, including agent systems, workflow orchestration, or LLM-based applications
- Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval systems, or prompt engineering and evaluation
- Experience with real-time data visualization, dashboards, or developer tooling interfaces
What does a full stack developer in web3 do?
A full stack web3 developer is a developer who has expertise in the full stack of technologies that are used to build web3 applications
These applications use the decentralized, distributed nature of the web3 network to provide users with a secure and decentralized way of accessing and interacting with online services and applications. The responsibilities of a full stack web3 developer will vary depending on the specific project and the needs of the team they are working with
In general, though, a full stack web3 developer will be responsible for: designing and building the front-end and back-end of web3 applications, as well as implementing and maintaining the underlying blockchain infrastructure
This will often involve working with a variety of different technologies and programming languages, such as Solidity for smart contract development, JavaScript and HTML for front-end development, and various blockchain protocols and frameworks. Additionally, a full stack web3 developer may also be responsible for working with the web3 community to help drive adoption and integration of web3 technologies, as well as staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the field and contributing to the broader web3 ecosystem.
