About Holaplex Holaplex creates a suite of NFT products centered around a community of leading creators and innovators. We empower this community by providing open-sourced, no-code tools and adhere to the crypto ethos of self-custody and decentralization. Our small but growing team of high-quality professionals is on a trajectory to make Holaplex the #1 place for creators on the blockchain. We need additional highly motivated and focused experts who efficiently execute to obtain our small and large goals.
Why this role exists Holaplex is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us create an integrated suite of products to make every aspect of the NFT experience better. Reporting to our VP of Product, you will work with a tight-knit and growing team to establish a solid design language and build out products that add value to our users’ lives. This is an opportunity to shape and define the product, have ownership and make impactful decisions.
Together we’ll: - Build a design language that fits our brand and can scale to unknown heights - Create innovative solutions to some of the most interesting design problems in the web3 world - Design interfaces that get out of the user’s way, allowing them to succeed - Work with our development team to realize designs into experiences - Talk to customers to get feedback and validate our solutions
Qualifications: - Minimum of 6+ years experience designing digital products from ideation to implementation - Strong portfolio with examples of user-focused problems solved via creative UI solutions, design systems, and asset creation - Experience working within a start-up and/or ambiguous environment - Experience with eCommerce, fintech, social media, community building, or crypto preferred
Required Skills: - Advanced knowledge of design tools (Figma and more) - Have proven experience solving complex design problems - Ability to act as an advocate for exceptional user experience - Knowledge and interest of crypto and web 3 concepts - Owning or selling NFTs is a plus
Qualities: - You're comfortable with a fast iterative cycle - You don’t fall in love with particular solutions, but rather the problems and understanding them well - Self-driven, resourceful, and excited by experimentation in unfamiliar territory
