Metaschool produces courses for devs to build, ship and learn web3. We have over 70K devs signed up from 50+ countries within 5 months of launch.

We’re a decentralized, remote-first company with teammates based in Singapore, India and Pakistan (for now 😉). We are divided by borders but our common mission to help devs build and flourish in the web3 ecosystem has brought us very close. In the role you will:

• Be the face of Metaschool as a world-class employer

• Provide your expertise in attracting the top talent and strategizing the sourcing methodologies to create a global pipeline of potential candidates who themselves are leaders in their respective industries.

• Digitize the talent acquisition process to ensure world-class candidate experience

• Create an evaluation criteria for interviews and assessments to hand pick the best of resilient and hustlers

• Be partnering with the business leaders to ensure adherence to the SOPs of recruitment and be on the right track of acquiring talent on strict timelines and hiring metrics.

• Be a strong advocate for Metaschool’s value props and ensure a culture fit check-list for each potential colleague entering the space

YOU

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter. Generalist experience is a plus

• Excited to work independently and embrace the make-it happen attitude

• Have managed end-to-end recruitment for business and tech roles for multiple markets

• Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills are essential to your success

• Passionate networker and truly inquisitive
