Experience
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles
- Proficiency in Solidity and at least one other non-smart-contract language
- Solid mastery of the EVM and differences across L1 + L2 + L3 environments
- Experience with geth, reth, op-stack, orbit, etc. valuable
- Experience in past smart contract code audits (maintainer or auditor)
Nice-to-have
- Experience in Ethereum ecosystem
- Experience maintaining or contributing to Open-source projects
- Master's or PhD in relevant subject
