Experience

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles
• Proficiency in Solidity and at least one other non-smart-contract language
• Solid mastery of the EVM and differences across L1 + L2 + L3 environments
• Experience with geth, reth, op-stack, orbit, etc. valuable
• Experience in past smart contract code audits (maintainer or auditor)

Nice-to-have

• Experience in Ethereum ecosystem
• Experience maintaining or contributing to Open-source projects
• Master's or PhD in relevant subject
