We are looking for a talented and creative Junior Social Media Manager (f/m/x) to join our Marketing team to take Next Big Thing AG’s brand and digital content to the next level. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for handling NBT’s social media presence and ensuring high levels of web traffic and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:

Generate, edit, and publish engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news) across NBT’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc.)

Become an advocate for the company across different social media communities, engaging in dialogues, identifying possible brand influencers, and answering questions where appropriate

Lead paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn)

Help craft the overarching social media strategy and define KPIs (e.g. increase brand awareness, acquire new followers, grow website traffic, inbound leads, etc)

Work alongside and support other internal departments with community-building initiatives and outreach programs

Measure performance and generate reports on the impact of content and social media initiatives
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of practical experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, content marketing, and online campaigns
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Analytics (Google Ads is a plus)
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Familiar with agile working environments and takes a proactive approach when working across various concurrent campaigns
- Experience working with Adobe creative suite or similar tools
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English (German is a plus)
