RECUR is seeking a Candidate Experience Coordinator to join a team of rockstar recruiters full time. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company building the future of digital collectables! In this role you will partner closely with Recruiters, hiring managers, and company leadership to help deliver amazing interview experiences as we quickly grow our organization.

What you will do at RECUR

• Provide a best-in-class candidate experience by owning communication with prospective employees who are actively interviewing with our company
• Partner with Recruiting, hiring managers, and executives to ensure smooth and efficient interview scheduling and requisite form completion
• Prioritize and schedule communications with our candidates across various teams
• Create and continuously improve processes that will help provide a great candidate experience as we scale
• Report back on our candidate’s feedback to help us continuously improve

What you bring to RECUR

• Outstanding communication ability with an eagerness to work with people
• Ability to keep yourself highly-organized in an evolving environment
• An interest in Recruiting and/or People Operations; we want to help you grow your career and this will provide great exposure
• Familiarity with G-suite and interest in master our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
• Self starter - we are a remote-first company, so the ability to work from home full time and manage your time is very important
