At Seed, our Gallery Attendants are passionate about art, design, tech, and creating incredible guest experiences grounded in respect. We invite you to grow as a team member and develop a community through art, technology, and design. The Oasis is an immersive and interactive space, with full projection mapping capabilities and LED screens to display digital artwork. We’ll be hosting creative activations, experiences, and exhibitions in the space year-round.

YOU WILL
● Monitor visitor interactions with the artworks and space; assist and guide visitors; professionally enforce gallery policies and procedures.
● Communicate effectively about the artists, artworks, exhibitions, the Oasis (Gallery Space) and Seed’s mission.
● Create a community in our gallery space by sharing your enthusiasm and knowledge of art, design, tech, NFTs, and Brooklyn!
● Support the team by performing tasks that keep the Oasis running smoothly.
● Help buyers check out items via NFT marketplaces
● Monitor all safety regulations and assist in case of an emergency; attend health and
safety training as required.
● Promote a safe and respectful work environment.
● Assist with special events and programming; help the team coordinate and organize with
VIP visits and appointments as needed.
● Coordinate and perform light maintenance of the space prior to, during, and after public
hours.

QUALIFICATIONS
● Effective communication skills.
● Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for art, digital art, NFTs, creative activations,
fashion, as well as immersive and interactive experiences.
● Previous experience in a gallery setting and working on going appointments to
showcase the artwork outside of limited gallery hours.
● Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage more than one active project at a
time.
● Proven organizational skills to coordinate projects with the team, artists, and
collaborators.
● Aptitude to anticipate the needs of the team.
● Ability to learn new information quickly and adjust to a steep learning curve.
● A flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or
holidays.
● Must be able to stand for long periods; carry up to 5 pounds frequently and up to 50
pounds occasionally; and interact with guests for at least eight (8) hours per day, three to four (3-4) days per week. Reasonable accommodations may enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
● Must be authorized to work in the United States.
