**Job Description:**
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Web3 Blockchain Developer with robust multi-chain development experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various blockchain protocols, including Hedera Hashgraph, Sui, Cosmos, and EVM-compatible chains. You will be instrumental in developing decentralized applications (DApps), contributing to blockchain strategy, and implementing enterprise-level solutions.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement smart contracts and DApps across multiple blockchain platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration of new chains into existing infrastructure.
- Lead the development of scalable, high-performance blockchain solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align blockchain development with business objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blockchain technology trends and advancements.

 

**Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a significant portion dedicated to blockchain technologies.
- Strong understanding of blockchain principles, decentralized systems, and consensus mechanisms.
- Proficient with smart contract development and deployment on various blockchain platforms (Hedera, Sui, Cosmos, EVM-compatible chains, etc.).
- Experience building enterprise-level applications and familiarity with common blockchain challenges.
- Advanced knowledge of full-stack development practices.
- Experience with at least one backend language such as Node.js, Go, Rust, or Python.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
- Understanding of cryptography, including asymmetric (pub/priv key), symmetric, hash functions, and encryption/signatures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 

**Nice to Have:**
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
- Experience with P2P networking.
- Understanding of tokenomics and governance models.
