About Stably
Stably connects Decentralized Finance (DeFi) on blockchains with traditional finance. We focus on making it easy to convert real world assets into digital representations by providing on/off-ramps, custody, and tokenization infrastructure.
About You
We are looking for a software engineer who has experience integrating traditional software with blockchain networks, ideally connecting traditional financial systems to DeFi.
What you get to do every day
- Research and integrate new blockchain networks
- Write redundantly secure and highly available services
- Integrate traditional payment rails and infrastructure with DeFi
What we look for
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience working with popular blockchain frameworks (EVM, Cosmos, etc…)
- Significant production software experience with Web3 applications
- Significant experience working with golang, rust and typescript
- A champion for coding standards and code quality
- A desire to have continuous integration and delivery
- Ability to exercise technical and product judgment in solving roadblocks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to collaborate, share ideas and present concepts effectively
- Self-starter, you enjoy high ownership fast pace environments and constantly seek to improve your work with low supervision
Nice to have
- Experience with smart contract development
- Fintech experience
- Experience with SQL databases, Postgres and PL/pgSQL
- Have open source contributions
- Worked at a startup before

Base Salary range: $100k/yr - $160k/yr
Equity Range: 0.1% - 0.3%
