You will play a critical part in assisting our customers who need it most and in the overall success of our customer operations team. If you're a self-starter with a desire to join a growing company in a brokerage or customer service related role Stash is looking for you!
What You’ll Do

  • Handle brokerage related escalated customer situations (issues with trades, prices, etc.) with a focus on customer communication and satisfaction utilizing both email and phone methods of contact
  • Collect examples of less than satisfactory customer contacts from our call center agents and respond to customer to alleviate the situation
  • Assisting with coaching our customer service agents to improve their knowledge of how to handle brokerage related customer contacts
  • Process sending paper checks to customers in need daily
  • Work with our Brokerage/Trading department to review and resolve escalated situations vet the requests from the brokerage team for accuracy, detail and necessity and communicate updates and resolutions with the customer involved

What We’re Looking For
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Prior use of customer messaging system (ie. Zendesk)
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of brokerage operations & stock/crypto trading a plus
  • Technology-driven with a focus on the application of operational procedures and automation
