The Next Billion - Step's podcast focusing on the builders and entrepreneurs onboarding the next billion people into crypto.

The goal for Step is onboarding a billion people into crypto and our core competency is in the world of data and content creation.

This means that if you’re on the Step team, you’ll be helping onboard the next billion people into crypto.

You will:

• Work directly with the Head of Growth on the GTM strategy execution for all Step products and services
• Foster healthy business relationships with partners and maintain timely comms with all leads.
• Manage event logistics, sales, and GTM strategy and implementation as needed
• Run social media strategy and content creation as needed

You are:

• Crypto and Solana Native. This is critical. You must understand the ecosystem inside and out, key protocols, and be up to speed on all the latest trends.
• A data driven doer who prioritizes action and consistency.
• Exceptional at efficient task prioritization.
• Incredibly organized and capable of managing over 50+ projects at different stages seamlessly, without any oversight.
• Autonomous, high-motor approach to execution and achievement. Self-motivated and outspoken about what is needed to get a job done
• Willingness to travel as needed with short lead time.
• Aggressive approach to reducing risk and anticipating problems before they impact project timelines
• Excellent communicator, strategic listener, conscious conversationalist, and persuasive to a wide range of roles and backgrounds
• A gritty team-player who is ready to roll-up your sleeves and help regardless of the job.
• Totally fluent in English
