You need to be able to code in Python; code in Javascript; write clean, efficient, and well-written code; code quickly; learn rapidly; have a knack for making things work; and have a low ego, and a positive, eager attitude.
You'll need deep critical thinking and problem solving skills. This is an intensely creative role. You will oversee the rapid adoption and growth of our tools.
As a first hire, you will not only learn software engineering, but leadership skills, what it means to build a company, and how to develop a product consumers love.
