Figma Designer
Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Figma Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using Figma to create stunning and user-friendly designs. As a Figma Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing our websites and digital products, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring our visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Creation: Develop high-fidelity user interfaces, prototypes, and design components using Figma.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
• Prototyping and Wireframing: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.
• User Experience (UX): Focus on user-centric design principles to enhance the overall user experience and ensure designs are intuitive and engaging.
• Design Systems: Maintain and evolve our design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Feedback and Iteration: Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions continually.
• Research and Trends: Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain fresh and competitive.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on using Figma.
Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Figma, including creating components, design systems, and collaborative features.
• Proficiency in other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Creative Skills: Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve design challenges.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Monday and Lean design processes.
• Experience working with remote teams
