A global fintech infrastructure firm is advancing a tokenized securities initiative with active workgroups and multi-jurisdictional legal reviews underway. The BA/PM will support the build-out of an architecture intentionally distinct from traditional broker dealer activity to ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires someone who can bridge traditional securities workflows with blockchain infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Drive requirements documentation for the tokenized securities platform
Map user journeys and process flows accounting for legal, regulatory, and jurisdictional complexity
Coordinate between engineering leadership, legal counsel, and senior stakeholders to align requirements
Document architecture decisions as the platform is designed distinct from broker dealer systems
Work across multiple squads to align delivery on an evolving regulatory and technical landscape
Assess risk and flag compliance dependencies in coordination with legal and compliance teams
Serve as primary BA/PM driver — PMO liaison will handle routine tracking

Required Experience

6+ years in a hybrid BA/PM role with financial services and digital assets exposure
Institutional experience with tokenized securities, digital asset infrastructure, or blockchain-based financial products
Understanding of traditional securities workflows — settlement, custody, corporate actions, regulatory reporting
Familiarity with token standards, smart contract workflows, or on-chain settlement processes
Ability to navigate complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments
Strong documentation skills producing artifacts for both business and engineering audiences

Preferred Experience

Background at or working with tokenization, digital asset custody, or blockchain infrastructure firms
Experience designing digital asset architecture distinct from traditional broker dealer systems
Knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and international digital asset regulatory frameworks
Agile delivery experience in a fintech or financial infrastructure environment
