Product Manager – Blockchain Real Estate Platform

## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of a blockchain-powered real estate platform. The ideal candidate will bridge business strategy, real estate domain expertise, and blockchain technology to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric digital property solutions.

You will work closely with engineering, design, legal, compliance, marketing, and executive stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and execute roadmap initiatives related to property tokenization, smart contracts, digital ownership, transactions, and decentralized infrastructure.

## Key Responsibilities

### Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the blockchain-based real estate ecosystem.
• Identify market opportunities in property technology (PropTech), tokenized assets, digital ownership, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Translate business objectives into scalable product initiatives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and user research to refine product positioning.
  
  

### Platform Development

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on:
• Smart contract functionality
• Wallet integrations
• Tokenization mechanisms
• Blockchain infrastructure
• Transaction systems
• KYC/AML workflows
• Prioritize features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value.
  
  

### Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with:
• Blockchain developers
• UI/UX designers
• Real estate experts
• Legal and compliance teams
• Marketing and sales teams
• External vendors and partners
• Present roadmap progress and product metrics to leadership.
  
  

## Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building fintech, PropTech, SaaS, or blockchain products.
• Strong understanding of:
• Blockchain ecosystems
• Smart contracts
• Tokenization
• Wallets and digital assets
• Decentralized applications (dApps)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
  
  

## Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with blockchain platforms such as:
• Ethereum
• Polygon
• Solana
• Hyperledger
• Understanding of:
• Real estate investment workflows
• Property management systems
• NFT-based ownership models
• DeFi protocols
• Experience with Web3 tools and APIs.
