Business Development Manager
Our client, the company dNation is looking for a Business Development Manager, to support their business growth. You will be responsible for driving sales and business development opportunities on a global scale, but with the priority in the DACH and CEE region. You will be expected to identify and develop sales relationships, open new business opportunities and drive the sales cycles to a successful end.
Your main responsibility will be:
Build a growth plan to meet sales targets.
Prospect for new business and identifying target opportunities.
Collaborate with our management team who will provide you with technical support to deliver results and open new leads.
Negotiate and close deals with new customers.
Establish, build, and maintain client relationships at all decision levels.
Travel to meet with clients or potential clients.
Who you are:
Demonstrated success in growing and managing a business or business line, ideally in sale of tech services, SW development projects or consulting.
A minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in a technology industry close to ours
Existing large network of business contacts in the CEE or DACH region
Ability to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and vision.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication to effectively convey ideas, negotiate deals, and build relationships.
Experience in sales and a deep understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, closing deals, and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in negotiating contracts, terms, and agreements to secure favorable outcomes for the company.
Very results oriented, data-driven and used to work with KPIs

This position is based on contract with a monthly rate up to 4.000 EUR (+ bonuses depending on your sales results)
You will get up to 1.000 EUR mobility budget (car, fue, transportation costs)
