Web3 Working Student IT Admin

For our office in Berlin, we are looking for an IT Support specialist who's as passionate as we are about our blockchain bank, which merges online banking and cryptocurrency all in one product. You will play a key role in supporting our Security and Infrastructure team and helping our employees with all IT related matters in our office and remotely. You should have a security first and collaborative mindset to protect our customers and employees from potential cybersecurity threats.

Your mission

• You provide end-user support and problem resolution for desktop computers, laptops/notebooks, printers and other peripheral hardware, and software applications
• You support team by being responsible for IT procurement
• You support in onboarding: setting up accounts and leading best practices sessions
• You support in Employee off boarding: deletion of accounts and collecting hardware
• You maintain our IT inventory and keep adequate knowledge of operating systems and application software used to provide a high level of support
• You install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot of computer hardware, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
• You take care of user account administration, account creation, account management and password reset

Your profile

• You are enrolled as a Student in Germany
• You have a genuine interest to build a career in IT Support
• People know you from your excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German is a plus
• You have solution-oriented and hands-on mindset
• You have a deep understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
• You bring experience in installation and maintenance of new networking hardware and tools
