Location: Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
Paxful is searching for an Account Manager to join our Growth team who is great at collaborating, developing market penetration, and building management relations with users. This role will support our growth team and business development activities in Africa. You will be based out of Lagos and report to our Regional Director, Business Development - Africa
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:
- Build and strengthen client and partner relationships to achieve long-term business and use of Paxful and its products
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with Regional Director and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans, events, and ensure KPIs are being met.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
- Budgeting and Projections based on Regional Penetration and Expansion
The most important skill and capabilities for this role are:
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
- Passionate about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and how these solves daily problems for people and businesses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Leader with strong quantitative and marketplace skills
- Hands-on manager who has experience in operating and thriving in fast-paced startup environment
- Full Office Suite and ability to easily learn new company software
Target Experience:
- 1 - 5 +yrs years of experience
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
