Web3 Accountant (Credit Control/ Account Receivable)

Responsibilities:

• Credit control and debt collection
• Monitor payments and loan amount
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of loan payments
• Review procedures related to credit management and collection
• Calling and follow up with delinquent accounts
• Undertake accounts reconciliation of receipts
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on credit control matters
• Recommend and propose action for defaulted cases
• Prepare AR aging report on timely basis and escalate collection issues to Manager
• Assist supervisor on system development projects and system enhancement
• Support ad-hoc projects when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline
• Experience in Crypto /Fintech industry is preferred
• At least 3 years relevant experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
• Familiar with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
• Strong focus on continuous improvement of processes and digitalisation
• Well organized, meticulous and systematic
• Strong communications skills
• Excellent MS Excel skill (Pivot Tables, look up functions)
• Proficient in English and Chinese ; both verbal and written
• Immediate available is preferred
