Job description:

• Lead a small team
• Ensure timely approval of payment in systems
• Ensure compliance of the whole AP procedures
• Creditor analysis report
• Make suggestions on AP procedures
• Liaise with multi-departments for their needs and suggest solutions
• Involve in policy making communication with other departments
• Support ad-hoc projects when necessary

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accountancy or related discipline
• Relevant experience AP accounting
• Prior experience in MNC is preferred
• Professional qualification with HKICPA/ACCA or candidate is seating for exam is preferred
• Detail-minded, hands-on and able to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and detailed minded
• Experience in Helios is preferred
• Good Command in both spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
