Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in scoping, estimating and development of new features as well asconductingtechtalks.
• Lookaroundtheindustry,bringnewsolutionsandbestpractices.
• SetupstandardsandapproachesintheAndroiddevelopmentinthecompany.
• Workwithateamofdevelopers,designers, QA,andprojectmanagementtoproducehighqualityresults.
• ImprovedevelopmentandCIprocess,covermissedpartswithunittestsand
  improve/refactoringcurrentcodebase;
• Reviewcodeforyourpeers.

Every Friday is a Tech Friday where we can work on tech side of the project. Quarterly team decides what our tech vision of the project evolution, what are primary goals we would like to achieve. This could becompose, modularization, new architecture, tests, whatever team agreed on, and what can make our product more competitive.

Requirements:

• 5+yearsofprofessionalprogrammingexperience.
• 1+yearsworkingasTeamLead.
• ThoroughknowledgeoftheAndroidSDKandtheAndroidecosystem.
• Have a broad vision of the leading-edge technologies and the ability to discover, evaluateandlearnnewonesastheymature.
• Workingknowledgeofthemobilelandscape,architectures,andtrends.
• Strongcommunicationandproblem-solvingskills.
• Agilemethodologies(Scrum,Kanban).
• Unittests, UItests.
