Responsibilities

Administrative support for all BUs including office supplier, catering, meeting scheduling, travel bookings, courier logistics and other operational tasks;
Staff event coordination including annual dinner / team building / anniversary celebrations;
Assist in office renovation / relocation as well as premise maintenance;
Corporate policy / proceeding optimization;
Budget planning and expense/vendor management;
Fixed asset utilization and management;
Other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

* 3-5 years relevant working experiences with Can-do Attitude

* Excellent English and Chinese communication skills

* Experienced with Policy design and optimizing

* Well-organized, responsible, detail-minded, hardworking as a quick learner

* Be able to handle multi-tasks under pressure

* Experience in procurement / HR is a plus
