Tasks

The Business Developer will be responsible for developing executive Strategies for Finance & Crypto. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging
strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, and invoices

Requirements

Experience:

• 4+ years of professional experience in a Business Developer role
• Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain is an advantage
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Teamworking skills
• Keen interest in and understanding of financial markets
• Communication skills
• Great at organizing, prioritising, and multitasking
• Self-motivated and thrives in a start-up environment
• Tech-savvy

Level of studies: Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Business, Sales or similar

Language Requirements: Fluent in Turkish and English
