Over the last 2 years, Socket has facilitated over $11bn in volumes. Socket is leveraged by the top protocols & applications in the space like Metamask, Coinbase, Rainbow Wallet, Zapper, Zerion, OpenSea, Aevo, Matcha & more.

Socket is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to prospect, qualify, and close high-value clients.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the sales process, including initial discovery, product demonstrations, and negotiations for potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for client proposals and technical demonstrations
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Socket protocol
  • Participate in Web3 conferences and key industry events to discover customer needs

Required Experience

  • 3+ years experience in crypto project in business development or growth roles
  • Experience with sales and lead generation strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels within an organization
  • You are a quick learner and comfortable with ambiguity
  • You have a track record of successfully selling complex solutions
