CEO– Major Layer 1 Crypto firm – 100% Remote
Our client is a layer 1 international crypto exchange that operations across multiple sectors, including enterprise and public blockchains, digital assets trading, cryptocurrency wallets, and industry research, reaching tens of millions of users in over 170+ countries and regions.
Responsibilities

• Build a North American operation to a brand that has a presence overseas.
• Bring unique insight around ways to target integration, priorities around development, etc.
• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• This includes high level strategies around market maker development
• Help build and manage task pipelines
• Interface with potential clients and business partners
• Working alongside the C-Suite to build the business and the brand.

• 15+ years of Financial services experience
• Layer 1 crypto token experience required
• Past experience at a crypto market maker or exchange (trading firm also works)
• Fully "Crypto-fluent”
• Self-Starter
• Proven track record of building teams, business lines and business'
• Comfortable rolling up sleeves and being external facing, taking calls with contractors, clients, funds, etc.
