Who We Are

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as a strategic partner to the senior management team at OKX, overseeing operations in the Bahamas and actively contributing to business expansion
• Represent the platform across the industry, regulatory authorities and law enforcement including to safely and compliantly maintaining OKX Bahamas’ DARE Act registration
• Establish on-ramps and foster relationships with banking and payment institutions
• Exploring and implementing innovative payment solutions that enhance the efficiency, security, and user-friendliness of the platform
• Lead the periodic updates of the business to the Board with robust and innovative solutions to grow the business soundly
• Build new relationships and contribute to the local community through strategic initiatives that make us a strong part of the digital asset ecosystem in the region
• Recruit, train, mentor, and foster local teammates to establish a long-term safe and sound presence in the Bahamas
• Assist in any registration/licensing matters as needed
