We seek an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing team to lead the financial development of Satoshis Games.

The chosen candidate will take on a leadership role in financial decision-making that affects the company and will provide strategic financial input to senior management, whilst keenly overseeing the overall accounting process.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures to maintain and improve the financial health of our business. They will be responsible for FP&A, financial strategy, reporting, company audits, compliance, as well as banking relationships. They will work closely with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding all financial matters pertaining to the Guild.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks
• Execute the company’s financial strategy
• Manage financial controls and accounting procedures
• Ensure full transparency over the company’s financial performance
• Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs
• Effectively and communicate potential risks promptly
• Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
• Support the COO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans
• Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments
• Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required

Qualifications

• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
• Fluent in English
• 3 years experience as a Chief Financial Officer (similar role in a Gaming Guild)
• Experience working in Crypto Industry
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics SL financial r
• Reporting software
• Exceptional communication skills
• Results-focused, strategic thinker and planner
• Ability to work remotely
