• Uzay Finance (NFT-Backed Lending) – A decentralized finance platform that lets you borrow against your asset-backed NFTs. Need liquidity? Use your fractional property or vehicle NFT as collateral to get a loan, unlocking cash without selling your stake.

• Uzay Score (Assessment) – A transparent on-chain scoring system to evaluate and empower renters. Uzay Score helps identify reliable renters for our properties and vehicles, building trust and giving responsible users easier access to assets.

• Decentralized Insurance – A community-powered insurance (premiums based on Uzay Score) layer protecting all participants. From property damage to vehicle liability, our decentralized insurance pools mitigate risk, so owners and renters alike have peace of mind.

• Deep Domain Expertise – Blockchain, FinTech, Asset Management, or DeFi background. You might be an expert in smart contracts, have scaled a fintech platform, managed real estate portfolios, or built DeFi protocols. You understand the ins and outs of these domains and how to apply them in novel ways.
• Entrepreneurial Drive – You thrive in startup environments. You've maybe founded a project before or played a key role in a fast-growing tech company. Building from zero excites you, and you aren’t afraid to wear multiple hats to get things done.
• Mission Alignment – A true believer in democratizing finance and asset ownership. You share our conviction that technology can level the playing field, and you’re driven to make a positive impact on how people access investments and financial tools.
• Visionary & Execution-Oriented – Big ideas with the ability to execute. You can strategize at 30,000 feet and also dive into the trenches. You have experience scaling innovative solutions (especially blockchain projects) and can help take Uzay from concept to global adoption.
