We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Director to lead growth, close sales and build out our marketing channels. The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive customer acquisition
    • Identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies to capitalize on them
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
    • Close industry partnerships
    • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
    • Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with product development and other business objectives
    • Provide strategic guidance and insights to the executive team on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs

Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition in a SaaS company
    • Knowledge of web3 or blockchain technology and its applications
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team
    • Startup experience
    • Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies in a technology or SaaS company
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales and marketing decisions
    • MBA, Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
