Blockdaemon is hiring a Web3 Communications Lead
Compensation: $54k - $100k estimated

Blockdaemon seeks a hardworking and highly motivated Social Media Manager who is essential to the rapidly expanding and evolving marketing needs. This position will lead the social media strategy including content curation for the Blockdaemon brand handles and executive team social media handles.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Build Blockdaemon’s external communications strategy including to but not limited to; briefs, original copy, and support content for Blockdaemon brand
- Work with PR agencies to develop press releases and announcements
- Be the voice of Blockdaemon through social platform to our customers, investors, and developers
- Work alongside the Brand Marketing Director to ensure that the organic social strategy aligns with active campaigns, partnerships, events, and external communications
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Managers to highlight business development, engage with an interactive audience, and increase the pipeline of prospects within the space
- Analyze and interpret the social analytics data and report to the internal teams
- Manage and run multiple social campaigns within broader co-marketing efforts, while staying within schedule and budget and achieving high output KPI’s
- Work with the Design Team to create on-brand, visually stimulating graphics that complement social copy and broader strategy
Skills and Required Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Have a firm understanding of Blockdaemon and the cryptocurrency/blockchain world
- At least 3 years experience in external communications, public relations, or social media with proven track record of managing rapid growth companies
- Ability to write in multiple brand voices on behalf of the brand and executive team
- Social media publishing and analytics experience with: Sprout Social, Falcon, Buffer, and/or others
- Ability to travel occasionally with focus on domestic travel and some international travel
- Highly motivated, passionate, and organized
- Ability to work independently, prioritize a demanding schedule, and manage time
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated involvement and passion in the technology field
- Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- An understanding of Google Drive Experience for reporting and communication interdepartmentally
- Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools and a “whatever it takes” attitude
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
- Outgoing, personable, and a “team-player.”
