About the team

This role sits on Okcoin’s Brand Team within the Marketing organization and will support Designers and Writers across strategic projects. From billboards to event build outs, we do it all — and all in the name of helping more people learn about, buy, and earn crypto.

About the opportunity

We’re looking for Okcoin’s first Creative Producer to manage creative projects across digital and physical experiences. You’ll partner closely with writers and designers to manage sprints, align priorities, track budgets, compile feedback, ship top quality work, and share results. Creating consistent visual and verbal languages across the platform is one of our biggest focuses, and you will be a shepherd of those languages and key partner in providing structure to bring them to life. You’ll be providing strategic direction for how projects run while pitching in on everything from creative feedback to vendor payment processing.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving creative campaigns from start to finish, keeping budgets and timelines on track
• Running weekly content sprints with stakeholders and creatives
• Establishing team goals and tracking results that support them
• Managing stakeholder and executive reviews

What we look for in you:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience working with an agency, either in-house or direct management
• Experience supporting successful product launches across a range of business units
• Ability to connect and balance needs and priorities across design, content, and production
• Understanding of cross-functional and cross-channel workflows, cross-functional communication, management of scope, and the ability to prioritize
• Excellent organization, collaboration, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
• 5-8 years of experience in integrated, print, or digital production or project management
• Experience in media campaigns or product launch including digital screens, display ads, emails, video, search, social, point of sale materials, print ads, etc.
• A portfolio demonstrating work across various platforms
• Knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite software, especially Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop strongly preferred.
