Web3 Credit Trader - Prime Finance

Anchorage Digital is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Credit Trader to join our team and drive growth of the Prime business from institutional clients active in the digital asset industry. Anchorage Digital provides clients a full service platform for securing digital assets and FIAT, from regulated custody to self custody, brokerage, industry leading settlement solutions, self custody using Anchorage Digital’s proprietary technology.

As a Credit Trader, you will:

• Trade stablecoins for on and off ramp needs related to clients trades and/or funding trades and perps for hedging.
• Trade derivatives for yield and hedging purposes.
• Move and track collateral across multiple venues and business lines in order to optimize utilization, yield and funding.
• Create detailed memos and runbooks on operationalization of current as well future funding facilities across CEFI and DEFI.
• Help manage key external funding partner relationships to expand our ability to borrow tokens and $ to fund our business.
• Regularly analyze risks levels and market trends to identify areas of optimization and lead improvements.

Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in trading, business operations, or related fields.
• Experience related to crypto markets, fintech, financial systems.
• Experience structuring and developing complex financial products with large institutions as well as startups.
• Strong risk management acumen and developing control frameworks around them
