Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, encompassing online user activities, promotions, and campaigns tailored to a diverse international audience, to effectively drive business growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams, providing support in devising and setting up campaigns, and analyzing data results in order to generate insights and recommendations for campaign enhancement and performance optimization.
- Undertake thorough quality assurance (QA) responsibilities for all active campaigns, monitoring and ensuring adherence to established guidelines, industry best practices, and organization standards to maintain the highest level of satisfaction for our global user base.
- Engage in active cooperation with various teams across the organization, working collaboratively to continuously improve overall user experience by identifying and addressing points of friction, as well as introducing innovative solutions to provide an engaging and seamless journey for our customers.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in digital marketing planning and execution within the tech, gaming, internet, or e-commerce sectors, with a primary focus on B2C marketing campaigns.
- The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in implementing and configuring marketing automation and/or CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, or similar systems.
- Demonstrated success in growing and managing a robust user base, utilizing advanced digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques to effectively engage, nurture, and retain customers.
- A deep understanding of and a strong inclination towards the rapidly evolving crypto, blockchain, and technology industries, accompanied by the ability to adapt to market developments and apply current trends in digital marketing to achieve growth objectives.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is compulsory, with fluency in Spanish regarded as a highly desirable asset in order to facilitate seamless communication with various teams and audiences within the organization.
- The capability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and demonstrating strong initiative, in addition to possessing excellent problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
