Who You Are:
We're looking for a full-time team member to join our digital marketing team as a CRO Manager for eCommerce accounts. The ideal candidate enjoys researching and testing new approaches to improve eComm conversion rate. This person has knowledge of A/B testing, statistical validation, and popular analytics tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, and Convert. They are excited to combine a passion for marketing with analytics to produce meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing web data to monitor website performance and identify areas of opportunity
- Executing CRO activities to help achieve overall marking goals and objectives for assigned clients
- Developing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
- Providing data-backed hypotheses and translating testing results into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal team members
- Conducting UX research through both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Working with a cross-functional team to optimize the impact of paid media campaigns and SEO efforts
- Editing and improving copy for use on the web
- Making regular updates to client websites/blogs using popular web CMS platforms. Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript is helpful.
- Reporting to clients on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
- Actively monitor and report on performance across the CRO Program.
- Deliver against client target KPIs through continuous innovation, testing, and scaling of winning experiments.
- Project manage new product page creation, working cross-functionally to finalize elements from copy to photos and design assets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience as a CRO manager or similar
- Hands-on experience with testing platforms (e.g. Google Optimize, Optimizely, Convert)
- Hands-on experience using web analytics platforms (e.g. Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Highly proficient in Excel data analysis and manipulation
- Mastery of test design and A/B best practices
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
- Up to date with design and UX trends in the e-commerce industry
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript a plus
- Past experience with Amazon listing optimization and A+ content is helpful, though not required
- Strong, effective communicator
