Role Description
This role will be responsible for the operational functions to support activity in digital assets. This role will touch upon several parts of the trade cycle: Trade Confirmation, Booking, Settlements, Reconciliations, and Post-Trade Management. This role requires strong understanding and use of technology and business concepts. Extensive interactions with different departments is a core responsibility.

• Manage implementation and onboarding of new products in digital assets space
• Work with different departments (Tax, Accounting, Technology, Trading Desk etc.) to design and implement flows and controls
• Maintain wallet addresses and whitelists
• Manage daily wallet and exchange movements
• Trade confirmations and settlements
• Trade/Position exception review and resolution
• Understand DeFi opportunities and work with the Investment Team to implement and track
• Track token generation dates and vesting schedules
• Manage operational relationships with outside parties (admins, vendors etc.)

• Strong understanding and interest in digital assets
• Operational experience in venture capital a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Excel and MS Suite skills
• Strong grasp of financial products and their functions
• Experience in managing vendors and projects
• Demonstrable critical thinking skills are a must
• Self-starter; ability to identify, plan, and execute projects to ensure efficient and utmost use of technology
• Ability to form strong partnership with internal operational teams
